Welcome

I am an Economist at the Central Bank of Ireland. My current role is Head of Function – Macroprudential Policy for Non-Banks in the International Finance Division and my work focuses on non-bank financial intermediation, financial stability and macroprudential policy issues. Previously, I worked at the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) in Frankfurt. I hold a PhD in economics from University College Dublin (UCD).

My research interests include non-bank financial intermediation, financial stability and systemic risk topics. My research has been published in the Journal of Banking & Finance, Review of International Economics, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money, NBER Working Paper series, CEPR Discussion Paper series and ESRB Working Paper series.
